NACE CP-SLO Meeting

The NACE CP-SLO Student Section of the National International - The Corrosion Society welcomes you to another year of lab based learning and research. NACE is your door to not only lab skills you will find vital in MATE classes, but also a starting point into applied research. NACE receives grants and funding by completing industry sponsored corrosion research projects. No matter your goals in the MATE department and beyond, NACE offers valuable experience through lab work and industry interaction.

The first general meeting of the year will occur on Wednesday, Sep 25, at 6:10. The meeting will be held in Engineering IV, Room 204.

This meeting will consist of introductions from officers, the club mission, and our current projects.Background on corrosion engineering will also be presented. Meeting goals include getting to know as many prospective members of NACE as possible and to come to a consensus on the direction the club will move this year.
