Cal Poly Engineering Management Blended Masters Program
The IME Department offers master's degrees in Engineering Management (MS EMGT) and Industrial Engineering (MS IE). You can check out the program descriptions and courses in the CP Catalog.
Current CP students in Materials Engineering, as well as some other engineering majors, who have Senior Standing with high CPSLO GPA (typically 3.2 or higher) can apply to these blended programs. If admitted, you'll be able to start taking graduate classes while still taking the remaining classes toward your bachelor's degree.
The total course units in these master's programs range between 36 and 45, depending on your current major. Therefore, most blended students spend 3 additional quarters at CP.
The IME website for the blended programs is http://www.ime.calpoly.edu/programs/graduates/blended-program
The IME Department offers the Blended Degree Programs (also known as BS+MS and BMS) leading to the Master of Science in Industrial Engineering (MS IE) or Master of Science in Engineering Management (MS EMGT). The blended programs are open to continuing Cal Poly students only. |
The IME site contains a link to 1 of the 3 required e-forms.
GRE scores are not required, unless you have already taken the GRE exam and have CPSLO GPA lower than 3.2.
The CP Graduate Education website is very important and contains links to 2 of the 3 required e-forms.
