We have one strategy: lead by example.

We liken our quest for excellence to a journey to a not-so-distant planet. To guide us in our journey, we have implemented three main navigation systems that are depicted in the figure below.
1. Command central - This consists of direct feedback from students on their experience of the learning environment.
2. Expert guidance - A team of industrial advisors provide feedback twice a year on issues of continuous improvement. We have also adopted the Baldrige National Quality Program's Education Criteria for Performance Excellence as a guide for our journey.
3. On-board instrumentation - These are direct measures of student performance both in classes and at the end of the program. All three navigation systems serve to keep us moving toward our vision.
